We were unable to open our UPVC door on New Year's Day. I phoned Jim to arrange an appointment for later in the week. He was more than happy to attend within the hour. What a lovely guy. We later discovered the door lock had failed in two areas, which was quite challenging to rectify; however, Jim persevered and achieved what looked to be an impossible task. I have used JTL Clevedon Locksmiths twice now when I’ve been locked out. On the first occasion, Jim replaced a Yale type lock on our bungalow. Just recently, he replaced the mortice lock on my daughter’s house where I was supposed to be feeding the hamster but couldn’t get in. On both occasions, Jim was able to come out quickly, gave good advice, replaced the lock and cleaned up after himself. I would happily use him again.

Excellent locksmith. Came out next day for my tenants and fixed the problem in minutes. As im overseas, i paid in advance for the predicted problem, but as it was something smaller he was honest and gave a partial refund. I'd recommend.

My 97 year old Grandma had her back door kicked in and we rang Jim and asked if he could help out. Within an hour he was at the house and had fixed everything, leaving my Gran feeling secure and treating her with compassion and respect…it was extremely appreciated being so close to Christmas, and the most amazing thing is he refused to take payment…only asking we share the love and pass on the genoristy. My Gran said what a wonderful, nice man and I couldn’t agree more…an absolute legend!
