Jim was able to to visit within a couple of hits of messaging him. He quickly fitted a new lock and key safe at my parent’s house after I had to get the police to break in. Very professional, a good job and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

Jim was brilliant – came out quickly to fix my UPVC patio door lock and suggested fitting a thumb turn lock for added security and convenience. While he was here I asked if he could do the same on the front door and he sorted it on the spot. Proper genuine guy, super helpful, and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

Think this shows his care for his clients Came out the next day and resolved the (self caused!) problem - I’m stopping DIY! Price was excellent and more than reasonable for the amount of work that was required. Although hopefully I won’t need to use his services again, if I do need a locksmith I will be contacting JTL Fantastic service. Thanks you!

Great experience. Jim came out with very little notice and was able to diagnose and fixed the issue there and then. Really polite and friendly, made sure I knew how to look after the new locks (no WD40!) and cleaned up. Could not ask for better.

Phoned up Jim Payne this morning and he was able to get to me within the hour! Very friendly and was really understanding that I had my hands full with young kids here too. He explained the problem I had with my front door and fixed it very quickly. I feel really confident in his work as he checked it and then explained and showed me what he had done and what had been the issue. What was really appreciated was the honest advice and what would be best to do in the future. Definitely keeping his name and number in my phone for future emergencies! Highly recommend.

Picture this… late Friday afternoon returning home from hospital with my husband to discover we were locked out! Thankfully (after several phone calls) we were able to contact Jim…who travelled from Clevedon to Hutton and managed to gain entry for us, without having to drill out the lock. He is a delightful man who clearly knows his craft and we couldn’t have been more grateful for his time and expertise. Beware some “emergency” locksmiths… call Jim instead!!
