Jim came round promptly and fitted two high-security locks at a very reasonable rate, providing some very useful advice regarding our situation. He also helped out with a niggling issue by adjusting the hinges on the back door to stop it catching – at no extra charge. Top man!

Jim rescued me from a DIY job gone wrong at my grans house. Within half an hour of calling he was on site. He replaced lock parts, dug out a snapped key, and all at a great price. Couldn't recommend more highly and got me out of trouble with my gran!

Fantastic service from Jim today, had a problem with 2 external doors which I thought meant buying new doors! Jim answered my call quickly and offered to call round the same day. One door was fixed immediately and a temporary fix to the other as Jim needed to order a part. He then messaged me to say he had the part in his garage and came straight back. Great service and Jim is very friendly.

Jim was absolutely fantastic and will definitely be using again if the need arises. Got locked out of my house, have a pretty complicated niche lock and Jim turned up and managed to get it open after a hell of a lot of determination and persistence. Jim tried several different methods, we ended up getting the lock changed as well which we were super happy with too. He spent the time needed on a Saturday afternoon to get the job done and well :) If anyone wants a locksmith, use him, honestly brilliant.
